At Capital Wealth Management, LLC we are dedicated to providing our clients sound financial advice with a focus on integrity, innovation, and compassion.

Tom Hine opened our first office in 2001 in Glastonbury, Connecticut, and his vision was to develop personal and lasting relationships with his clients while helping them work toward their financial goals. CWM opened a second office in Wilton, Connecticut in 2005, and we currently serve clients all over the U.S.

Since the beginning, our goal has remained the same: to take a high-integrity approach to wealth management while providing our clients with exceptional and personalized service.  Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions you may have.  We can't wait to hear from you!!

Tell us a little bit about yourself . . . 

I founded Capital Wealth Management in 2001, after previously being employed by a national brokerage firm. I had anticipated a decline in the economy and I wanted to be able to proactively manage my clients' accounts during a volatile market, while also respecting and addressing their individual situations and needs.  I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and Certified Fund Specialist® (CFS®) and have my FINRA Series 6, 7, 22, 24, 31, 63, and 65 securities registrations (through Commonwealth Financial Network®). I also have my life insurance license in several states.

What do you think sets Capital Wealth Management apart?

Since I started CWM, my goal has always been to provide a high quality level of individualized client service that cannot be matched by the larger firms.  I make protecting and preserving what matters most to you a priority.  I'm very proud that our clients entrust us to guide their financial lives, and that they recommend us to their families and friends so that we may do the same for them.

Tell us a little bit about yourself . . 

I started here as an intern in 2007 and joined the team full-time in 2009. As a wealth advisor, I will meet with you to explain our process, go over your accounts, and answer any questions you may have about them. I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) practitioner and also have my Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) professional designation. I also have my FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations (through Commonwealth Financial Network®) and my life insurance license in Connecticut.

From the beginning we have committed ourselves to maintaining high ethical standards while developing and implementing sound investment planning principles. Our hands-on approach combines cutting-edge industry technology with our financial expertise to help our clients make informed financial decisions that are consistent with their goals. We pride ourselves on being transparent and approachable, making sure that each of our clients understands our process and how we are working toward their goals.

Tell us a little bit about yourself . . . 

I have been with Capital Wealth Management since 2008. I am the marketing coordinator, which means I take care of all of our promotions, events, and communications, including client events, our website, social media, the company newsletter, and e-mails. I am also a notary public in Connecticut.

What do you think sets Capital Wealth Management apart?

I think the idea of investing and wealth management can be overwhelming at times. We pride ourselves on being approachable, and we take the time to make sure our clients understand our process and what is happening with their money. We really make an effort to be very communicative and available to them.

Tell us a little bit about yourself . . . 

I joined Capital Wealth Management in 2016, and as administrative coordinator, I will most likely be your first point of contact when you reach out to us. I set up the meetings with our advisors and help to keep things in the office organized and running smoothly. 

What do you think sets Capital Wealth Management apart?

One of the things I noticed during my first few weeks at Capital Wealth Management was that clients were treated as family. I have even had a client call ask for directions to a small business located near our office. It was no problem to get it for them. I hope it shows that we will go above and beyond for our clients.
